1. Shipping Information
All products available at ALTRAE are shipped both domestically and internationally . Our items are exclusive and carefully selected to meet high technical and quality standards.
Order processing (handling and packaging) takes 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days , depending on the destination. In some cases, shipping may take up to 10 business days after payment confirmation to be dispatched.
Payments made via bank transfer may take 1 to 3 business days to be confirmed in our system.
All orders include a tracking number , allowing customers to monitor the delivery progress of their shipment.
Important Notice
Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, strikes, holidays, or periods of high demand.
ALTRAE guarantees delivery of your order. In the event that a product is lost or misplaced during transit, we are fully responsible and will refund the full amount paid for the affected item(s). All shipments are insured against loss and include online tracking at no additional cost.
1.2. Insured Shipping
If an order is not delivered within 50 business days from the shipping date, the customer will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid .
1.3. Order Tracking
Orders are shipped via postal services or private carriers. Every shipment includes a tracking code , which allows customers to follow the delivery status online.
The tracking code will be sent to the customer's email once it becomes available in our system. Tracking information is usually provided within 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that tracking updates may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in the carrier's system after shipment.
2. General Conditions (Important)
2.1. Shipping Address Accuracy
ALTRAE ships orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is complete and accurate . Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery issues.
2.2. Receptacle Unavailable
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Carriers typically attempt delivery up to three times . If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at the nearest postal facility for pickup for a limited time.
If the package is not collected within the carrier's specified period, it will be returned to the sender. In such cases, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
All delivery attempts and pickup instructions will be available through the tracking system provided.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
ALTRAE is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
To reship the order, the customer will be required to pay a new shipping fee , which covers shipping and carrier handling costs.
2.4. Customs Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or postal handling fees , depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are advised to monitor their tracking information closely to avoid delays or issues related to unpaid customs charges.
